Kate Lost 70 Pounds

"Before HMR, food and body image issues were a seemingly never-ending struggle for me. I was stuck in a vicious cycle of stress-eating and was completely paralyzed by insecurity and shame. An inactive lifestyle and poor nutrition left me depressed and tired all the time; this lead to isolation and withdrawal from friends and family.

Where I would previously become overwhelmed by the smallest food-related decisions and end up falling off the diet wagon completely, HMR's guidelines for "staying in the box" were a life-saver; suddenly, I wasn't spending 75% of my day worrying about food and thinking about what I was going to have for my next meal. It sounds silly, but it was so freeing. It was a huge weight  lifted off my shoulders, so to speak.

The fact that HMR isn't just a diet is what really clicked with me. HMR is about lifestyle changes and about totally re-evaluating your relationship with food and exercise. This healthier lifestyle and outlook has afforded me a new body, a new confidence and a new life. Thanks, HMR!"
