Ernie Lost 50 Pounds

One year ago I knew I had to do something about my weight and my unhealthy lifestyle. I was taking medication for high blood pressure and my cholesterol was high as well. I knew the time had come to make changes and start a plan for a healthy lifestyle. That's when I heard about the San Diego Center.

Thanks to the San Diego Center, I reached my goal weight in just 13 weeks and quit taking medication for high blood pressure and high cholesterol. With 8 months completed in the Maintenance program, I'm still at my goal weight and my goal is to be fit for life!
