Shipping Outside the Continental U.S.

Holiday Shipping Schedule
To ensure timely delivery, please place your order at least one week prior to any national holiday.
BeneFit® Bar Shipping During the Summer Months
We are committed to providing you BeneFit Bars year-round.
To that end, we do all that we can to ensure that the bars arrive at your doorstep
in the best condition.
From June 1st through September 30th, BeneFit bars will be packed in a separate box from the rest of your order and
extra koolits will be added. Stickers indicating “perishable/protect from heat” will
be attached to the outside box.
Cold packs remain cold for approximately 72 hours; therefore HMR can only guarantee there will be no additional melting of the bars on orders shipped to states within a one-day radius of our warehouse in New York. (These states include NY, NJ, CT, RI, MA, DE, MD, PA.) If you are concerned about possible melting of the bars and live beyond the states mentioned, you may want to consider selecting Rush Shipping (fees apply).
Note: If you find that your bars are softer than you like due to the heat, allow the box to sit undisturbed overnight in a cool place. Temperature changes do not impact the nutrition (or flavor) in any way.
Required Signature
Deliveries to residential addresses typically do not require a signature, UPS drivers are instructed to leave packages “out of sight & out of weather”. However, if there is no one there to accept the package, and the UPS driver does not feel comfortable leaving
it for any reason, s/he is NOT required to leave the package. When you select special shipping instructions asking for UPS to leave the shipment without signature, we send this request to UPS, but it does not guarantee that the package will be released without signature. Please be sure to include the apartment number – delivery will be delayed without this address information.
Business addresses may require a signature, but not necessarily from the recipient whose name is on the box. Anyone in the building is able to sign for the package. Please be sure to include the company name and floor/suite number if you are sending to
an office building.
When delivering to apartment buildings, UPS drivers typically do not leave packages without signature unless there is a concierge, a mail room or a building manager available to sign on behalf of the recipient.
