You may return any unused/unopened, undamaged products within 30 days from your original order date (except BeneFit Bars).
Returned products must be unused/unopened products (full boxes for shake products of 18 packets). After inspection of the returned merchandise, we will reimburse the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping costs and less a 10% restocking fee. Reimbursements do not include shipping costs incurred to return the product. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for purchase.

In warmer weather, bars may experience melting. There will be no returns or exchanges for melted bars. We pack our products with cold packs in an effort to try to prevent melting, but melting may still occur.
If You Receive the Wrong Item
If an error occurs in filling your order (and you receive items you did not order), IHM will gladly exchange the incorrect items for the correct items. Please contact customer service for details.
