| SHIPPING INFORMATION |
Orders are processed Monday through Friday ("business" days). Orders submitted after 2:00 p.m. (PST) are considered to have been received on the following business day.
You may select your shipping option during the checkout process. Most orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days of receipt of the order. If you are located in the San Diego area, you may pick up your order in person at our office (CA sales tax will apply to pick-up orders).

Rush shipping is NOT available to addresses outside the continental U.S.
Allow 3-5 business days for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

| RETURN POLICY |
If You Receive the Wrong Item
If an error occurs in filling your order (and you receive items you did not order), IHM will gladly exchange the incorrect items for the correct items - FREE of charge. Please contact customer service for details.
Returns
You may return any unused/unopened, undamaged products within 30 days from your original order date.
Returned products must be unused/unopened products (meaning full boxes for shake products of 18 packets). After inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. Reimbursements do not include shipping costs incurred to return the product.
All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for purchase. To arrange for a return, please contact Customer Service.
