Thanksgiving Assignment

On Thanksgiving Day:

  1. Do at least 30 minutes of Physical Activity
  2. Eat at least 2 HMR Meal Replacements
  3. Eat at least 5 servings of vegetables and fruit

Take five minutes and write out a game plan, identifying what you have to do to get these objectives in and a schedule for when you’ll do these items.
