BBQ Spinach and Feta Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms Print

Portabella Feta SpinachThis is a delightfully delicious stuffed mushroom recipe that will satisfy your barbecue cravings! Enjoy!

1 Portobello Mushroom
1 cup fresh baby spinach (heat spinach for 30 seconds in microwave)
2 tablespoons fat-free Feta cheese
BBQ sauce


Spray baking pan with cooking oil and place mushroom on sheet, coat inside of mushroom with sauce. Next, layer spinach and feta cheese on top, then drizzle with more BBQ sauce. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake for 10 minutes (this can also be cooked on BBQ grill for approx. 10 minutes).
