The kids are just back into school and extracurricular activities, which means that you probably have a little more time on your hands. Even if you work all day you can still make small changes like packing a yourself a healthy lunch as you fix the kids’ lunchboxes.

It seems like summer should be the perfect time to go outdoors to exercise, but in reality it often becomes too hot in July and early August to exercise safely. As September approaches the temperature becomes more moderate, and makes it much easier and more enjoyable to get outdoors to work out.
