When the Scale Doesn’t Budge Print

Scale Have you ever felt frustrated because you’re sticking to the diet, but the numbers on the scale aren’t moving? It could be that seemingly small and insignificant bites, tastes, or nibbles of food are slowly adding up…and slowing down your weight loss.

Even if it’s “just a few bites” of a muffin (200 calories), a “small” serving of chips (200 calories), or “a handful” of nuts (200 calories), you can see how it can add up at the end of the day.
