Here are some ideas:
- Try an On Demand TV exercise class.
- If you’re a night time exerciser, try exercising in the morning.
- Do short 10-minute exercise bouts a few times a day.
- Try a different workout like Zumba®, TRX, or Kettle bells.
- Increase your intensity in 10-30 second increments (intervals).
- Add an incline to your treadmill workout. (Bonus – you’ll get 10% more calories burned for every 1% incline increase.)
- Add strength training to your routine.
- Try a new piece of gym equipment (ask for a free orientation session for all the equipment).
- Schedule time with a friend to go out for a walk.
