If you want different results, you’ve got to do something different. Challenge yourself to try at least one new way to exercise. Who knows… it may become part of your new routine!

Here are some ideas:

  • Try an On Demand TV exercise class.
  • If you’re a night time exerciser, try exercising in the morning.
  • Do short 10-minute exercise bouts a few times a day.
  • Try a different workout like Zumba®, TRX, or Kettle bells.
  • Increase your intensity in 10-30 second increments (intervals).
  • Add an incline to your treadmill workout. (Bonus – you’ll get 10% more calories burned for every 1% incline increase.)
  • Add strength training to your routine.
  • Try a new piece of gym equipment (ask for a free orientation session for all the equipment).
  • Schedule time with a friend to go out for a walk.
