Ingredients
1 scoop HMR 120 Vanilla (or one packet of any Vanilla HMR Shake mix)
½ cup canned pumpkin puree
½ cup canned mandarin oranges
¼ to ½ teaspoon (to taste) Pumpkin Pie Spice
6 ounces Water
6 ice cubes
Preparation
Pour (in this order) water, oranges, pumpkin puree, spice, HMR Shake Mix and ice into a blender. Frappe and enjoy!
