More Ovaltine … and HMR Shakes please! One sip of this shake and you’ll be transported back to a time when malt shops and sock hops were all the rage. You may even want to do the twist (which is some pretty good exercise)! So, get to it, daddy-0!
Ingredients
6 oz. cold water
1 scoop HMR 120 Vanilla (or one packet any vanilla HMR Shake mix)
1 tablespoon sugar-free, fat-free vanilla pudding mix
1 tablespoon Ovaltine® malt powder mix
4 or more ice cubes
Preparation
1. Pour water into a blender. Cover blender.
2. Begin mixing on lowest speed.
3. While blender is on, add shake mix and flavorings. Blend for 10 seconds.
4. Gradually add ice cubes, one at a time, replacing the blender cover after adding each ice cube.
5. Continue blending until smooth.
