Ingredients
1 scoop HMR 120 Vanilla (or one packet of any vanilla HMR Shake mix)
10 oz brewed chai tea (cold)
8-10 ice cubes
1⁄8 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 packet of sweetener
Preparation
1. Mix tea in blender.
2. Slowly add ice.
3. Add shake powder, spice, and sweetener.
4. Blend on high for 1 minute.
