We <3 blueberries! These little gems have a great flavor and are packed full of antioxidant power. So, it only makes sense to unite this forceful fruit with the great HMR Vanilla Pudding – the result is some powerfully tasty pudding!
Ingredients
2 oz. cold water
1 packet HMR 70 Plus Vanilla
½ cup blueberries (use unsweetened if using frozen berries)
½ packet noncaloric sweetener (optional)
Preparation
1. Empty packet of HMR 70 Plus into a small bowl or mug.
2. Add water and mix with a spoon until smooth.
3. Gently fold in fruit.
4. Optional: For a thicker, colder pudding, refrigerate for 10 minutes after mixing.
