Pair these delicious baked apples with our last featured recipe, Cinnamon 70 Plus Ice Cream. Enjoy!

Ingredients
6 large granny smith apples, equal in size
4 Honey Graham BeneFit® Bars
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 tablespoons golden raisins
2 tablespoons dried cranberries
2 tablespoons Maple Grove Farms sugar-free syrup
Nonstick cooking spray
1 cup apple cider or juice

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 345 degrees F.
  2. Core apples, making sure not to puncture the bottom of the apples so that the juices will remain.
  3. Remove skin from 1/2-inch around top of apples at the opening. Set aside.
  4. Chop Honey Graham BeneFit® Bars and combine with cinnamon, nutmeg, raisins and cranberries in a small bowl. Stir in maple syrup.
  5. Fill each cored apple with the honey graham mixture. Spray the top of each apple with non-stick butter flavor cooking spray.
