Ingredients
1 scoop HMR 120 Vanilla (or one packet any HMR Shake mix)
12 oz cold Diet Cherry 7-Up soda
4-6 ice cubes
1 cup fresh, frozen, or canned pineapple (drained)
1 tsp sugar-free orange gelatin powder mix
Preparation
- Mix soda and vanilla shake powder in blender with lid vented. Add ice and blend until ice is crushed. Add pineapple and gelatin powder. Mix until well-blended.
