Summer’s busy, food-centered social events could wreak havoc on your weight management goals, especially if you arrive hungry. To enjoy the event without inflicting a lot of calorie damage, fill up on low-calorie foods before you go so you won’t be tempted to grab whatever food is offered. We know it’s an old strategy, but it’s a proven one! Before you go, have an HMR Shake (or even a double shake), a few pieces of fruit, or an HMR Multigrain Hot Cereal.
