Sweet Lime Dressing (2/22/10)

Ingredients
¼ cup Fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons Olive oil
2 tablespoons Water
1 tablespoon Agave syrup
1 tablespoon or 2 frozen cubes Cilantro, finely chopped
1 teaspoon or 1 frozen cube Garlic, minced
Salt, ground pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Combine and stir all ingredients. Keep refrigerated until ready to use.

Number of Cups: ½ cup
Calories per Tablespoon: 40 calories
