Ingredients
1 HMR Chicken Pasta Parmesan Entrée
1 cup Frozen asparagus; cut
½ cup White Kidney Beans (canned); drained
½ cup Artichoke hearts, water packed, cut in quarters
½ cup Sun dried tomatoes*, water packed, sliced
½ cup Chopped parsley
1 tablespoon White balsamic vinegar or lemon juice
*If you use oil packed tomatoes, drain and blot thoroughly.
Preparation
Carefully toss all ingredients except vinegar or lemon juice. Microwave on high, covered, for 1½ minutes or until warmed. Sprinkle with balsamic vinegar or lemon juice and serve.
