Ingredients
1 scoop HMR 120 Vanilla shake mix
8 ounces Diet Cranberry Cocktail (only cranberry juice* @ 20 calories per cup)
1 Chai tea bag (try Good Earth Vanilla Chai or Trader Joe’s Ruby Red Chai)
10 ice cubes
*Many cranberry juice cocktails are a blend of cranberry with grape or apple juices; try Smuckers’ Diet
Cranberry Juice for cranberry only.
Preparation
Warm the cranberry juice cocktail in the microwave or on the stove. Bring to simmer but do not boil. Steep tea bag in the warmed juice for 5 minutes or longer. Pour juice-tea, HMR Shake mix packet and ice into a blender. Frappe and enjoy!
