Made with the new HMR Beef Stroganoff Entree.
Ingredients
1 HMR Beef Stroganoff Entree
1 cup sliced mushrooms
4 cups fresh baby spinach
1 tablespoon nonfat sour cream
Dash nutmeg
Salt to taste
Preparation
- Sauté the mushrooms in non-stick cooking spray until most of the liquid is released.
- Add the spinach. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and steam until spinach is wilted.
- Add the entree, nutmeg, salt (optional), and sour cream. Stir.
- Continue heating until warmed thoroughly.
