I am wondering if there is any way to make a crunchy and somewhat salty snack with the HMR meal replacements, I am on the NO Decision meal plan and therefore I am not allowed any veggies or fuit.

    Thanks
    Julie

    Hi Julie,

Great question! Try the HMR Chicken Crackers recipe for a great crunchy and salty snack, here’s the recipe:

    HMR® Chicken Crackers
    (200 calories)

    2 packets HMR® 500 Chicken Soup
    2 tablespoons water
    dash of hot sauce

    1. Mix all ingredients with a fork and spread mixture evenly in over a pam sprayed microwaveable dish.

    2. Microwave on high for 3-4 minutes to make them crisp. Watch them closely or they will burn.

Enjoy the crackers as a quick snack or you can serve them with the HMR Turkey Chili entree as dip. Enjoy!
