Asparagus is the perfect spring time vegetable! Enjoy asparagus grilled or steamed and add to your favorite HMR® Entree for a great meal anytime!

 

Nutrition Facts:

  • High in Potassium
  • High in fiber
  • Very low in sodium
  • 20 calories per serving (5 spears)

Selection and Storage:

  • Choose bright green, straight stalks with closed, compact tips. Store in the coldest part of your refrigerator with the base of the spears wrapped in a damp paper towel.
  • It’s best to eat the day you buy it, but can keep for 4 – 5 days if refrigerated.

Preparation Tips:

Marinate in Fat Free Balsamic Vinaigrette and grill. Also, enjoy asparagus with your favorite HMR Entree!
