This rich, gorgeous “cheesecake” looks like a Valentine and tastes heavenly. Plan to make extra servings for your Valentines … no box of chocolates this year! There are healthy ways to celebrate love and life together!
Ingredients
For step 1:
1 packet HMR 70 Plus Vanilla
¼ teaspoon Jell-O Sugar-Free Black Cherry gelatin mix
1 tablespoon Jell-O Sugar-Free, Fat-Free Instant Cheesecake Pudding mix
6 ounces very cold water
4 ice cubes
For step 2:
1 packet HMR 70 Plus Chocolate
1 tablespoon Jell-O Sugar-Free, Fat-Free Instant Chocolate Fudge Pudding mix
2 or 3 drops Rum-flavored extract
6 ounces very cold water
4 ice cubes
Preparation
This is a two step process. For each step, pour water, extract (for step 2), jell-o mixes and supplements into a food processor. Add ice and process until creamy, thick and and smooth. Layer ½ of the chocolate in a dish, spread the cherry over chocolate, and spoon the remaining chocolate on top OR place large spoonfuls of each into a dish and swirl with a knife blade for a few strokes Enjoy
