Physical Activity Strategy*:
- Just Starting? Get started for your heart! Structure plus support. Schedule exercise appointments for each week and cross off when complete. Make one appointment with a friend for support.
- Ready for More? Keep yourself motivated by motivating others! Invite a friend to accompany you regularly on a walk or a bike ride.
Fruit and Vegetable Strategy:
- Add some pizzazz to your favorite vegetables for a flavorful, healthy snack. For example, try a low calorie teriyaki sauce or balsamic vinegar over some steamed artichoke hearts (try frozen or water packed).
