Selection, Storage and Preparation Tips:
- Look for ones that are firm, glossy, have green stems and unwrinkled skins.
- Store sweet peppers unwashed in a plastic bag in the refrigerator for 3 – 4 days.
- To prepare, cut red pepper in half and remove the seeds and bitter white pith, wash and dry then cut into slices or chunks.
