A perfect Super Bowl party dip!
Ingredients
8 oz. Low-fat cottage cheese (1 c.)
1 tsp. Lemon juice
1 tsp. Minced onion
1 C. finely chopped cucumber
Dash hot-pepper sauce
¼ tsp. Prepared horseradish (optional)
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- If smoother texture is desired, process in a blender until smooth.
- Serve with assorted fresh vegetables such as celery, slices of red and green peppers and carrots.
Makes 1 C. spread or 16 (1-T) servings. 11 Calories per tablespoon.
