Ingredients
1 scoop HMR 120® Vanilla Shake Mix (or one packet any HMR Shake mix)
4-6 oz. cold water
1 banana cut into chunks
1 tablespoon sugar-free instant butterscotch pudding mix
Preparation
1. Pour cold water and begin mixing on lowest speed.
2. While blender is on, add shake mix* and pudding mix. Blend for about 10 seconds.
3. Add fruit.
4. Blend on the highest speed for 30 seconds.
