    Ordering Information Questions


  • Do I need to be enrolled in a program to purchase products?
    • All of our meal replacement products are available to the public.
  • How can I change my order?
    • Please contact us immediately after placing your order to request any changes (1.888.446.2846 or ihm@IHMonline.com). We will do our best to accommodate any immediate change requests. However, we process orders quickly and are unable to modify an order once processed.
  • Can I ship my order to an address other than the billing address?
    • Yes, we can ship your order to an address other than the billing address on your credit card. However, we may contact you to list the alternate address with your credit card company. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card.

      To list the alternate address with your credit card company, call the 800 number on the back of your card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account. Listing the address before you place an order helps us process your order more quickly.
  • How can I check the status of an order?
    • You can check the status of your order at anytime by logging into My IHM and clicking on Shipped Orders in the Orders section.
  • When will my shipment arrive?
    • For UPS ground shipments within the Continental U.S., please allow 5 - 10 business days.

      For Rush shipments within the Continental U.S., please allow 4 business days.

      For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, please allow 3 - 5 business days.

      For shipments to the Virgin Islands, U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses, please allow 7 - 14 business days.

  • Where do you ship?
    • We can ship anywhere in the Continental U.S. either using our standard UPS ground shipping or using our rush shipping option (additional fees apply).

      We also offer shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses for an additional shipping fee. Rush shipping is not available to these areas. Click here to view our shipping rates and times...

      Please note: We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
