The Institute for Health Maintenance (IHM) is a medically-supervised weight loss and weight management center located in San Diego, CA. Established in 1979, the Institute for Health Maintenance (IHM) was the first VLCD (Very Low Calorie Diet) program in San Diego to offer rapid and reliable weight loss and long-term weight maintenance.
