"More F 'n' Vs" Apron for Adults

Limited quantities! This handmade fruit and vegetable print apron has "More F 'n' Vs" (that's fruits and vegetables) on the pocket. So, where'd that saying come from? Here's the story:

At the San Diego Center, Phase 2 participants set weekly goals for their servings of Fruits and Vegetables. Each week the participants go on record with their F & V servings goal. A few months ago in the Tuesday class, a participant was asked about his weekly goal, and as he thought out loud he said, “…let’s see…how many F and Vs?...”. The class immediately burst into laughter and someone asked, did you say “effen v’s”!?! More laughter, and since then participants often preface their servings goals with a reference to the “F ’n’ Vs” goal. And, since More is Better, the Tuesday Phase 2 class says: “More F ’n’ Vs”!
